A horribly broken game with lack of rules to boot. Rules don't explain the paths across the water and don't explain if they are part of the 4 max links to deliver 4 cubes. On top of that the game is essentially over once the connection between the blue cubes is made. You get a 5 point bonus for EVERY blue cube you deliver. Since it takes 4 links max, that's nine points up the income track for each cube delivered! Really, that means 18 points in one turn! Every turn since there are so many cubes!! Did anybody really think this out? Until the rules are clarified and fixed (for example, one time 5 point bonus instead of every delivery getting a 5 point bonus), this game meets the definition of a "1". It truly is broken. It is a shame it was published this way - and that comes from someone who loves or at least appreciates most AOS expansions.
Baddest Age of Steam I ever played : the game is over once de 4 link connection between Londn and Istanbul is made. In the fourth round income of 15 or more. This is not what makes Age of Steam such a fun.
Didn't much care for the map. The game almost seemed to break when our 4 link was built. Everyone got involved in it, and last place players got pity points to catch up. So the whole game came down to who could bid on a blue cube that came up from the bag for production. Rated a 5, because I'm desperate to play any AOS map.
