Monaco Grand Prix

Got this game in London in 1968 when I was a kid. Enjoyed playing it but liked LeMans much more.

In the early 70s I made ALL the other tracks and ran full 20+ car grids- solitaire, as no-one else was prepared to spend all that time with it.

A "futuristic" game for those days, Formula Dè's precursor

Played many times with a group through the long lazy summers when I was 10 to 14. The time trial moves it from being just another motor racing game. Rated for the impact it had on me at the time. I would buy it if I came across it, just to see if it has stood up well to the passing decades.

My parents bought me this game as a Christmas present in 1968 when I was 6 years old and have always enjoyed playing the game over the years with all the family. Still own the game and has been well looked after and still in perfect condition despite its age with all the parts present and intact
