Shenandoah: Valley of Fire

Interesting ACW operational system that doesn't quite work; could have used better development.

I like the system, I think it works well to show some of the features of command and control and leadership in the civil war and the impact they could have on a campaign, more important at times than the numbers of bums on seats.

Robert G. Markham, did you ever get paid for this design??

The best ACW operational system I have found. Indeed better than GCACW or the Clash of Arms system, far easier than Army of the Heartland. Someone should redo this with Kibler or Barber maps...
