Worthwhile promo card. The caravan roams around available building spaces, increasing the yield if a neighbouring terrain tile is rolled. Assuming I understand the special effect correctly, it will move to the other player's building space if you do not have a spare place. Moderately thematic. One of my least favourite RfC promo illustrations.
