Cute idea, but actually too powerful IMHO for a promo tile. Nice to have, worth playing with, but not really needed
The Duke is an awesome game, and any new tile is welcomed, but the Jester is really just a joke that should've stayed on paper. The fact that it mainly moves backward makes it next to useless. Oh, I'm sure there are certain situations where the piece can be useful, but still, I prefer drawing a Footman instead of a Jester, which is not a compliment...
variety is nice. The pattern isn't especially interesting. The fact that it makes a face is cute.
