Railways of the World: Switch Tracks

Adds a new track exit to a tile for a cost of $5000. Visually not so pleasing, since the track tile is not replaced.

I find switch tracks to be 50-50. On the one hand they add interest, variety and visual enhancements with the minis. On the other hand switch tracks break the 1-1 relationship of track ends which define the character of the routes in Railways. I'd only use them occasionally.
