Cthulhu Wars: Azathoth Expansion

Adds a ton of variety to the game, with Neutral Spellbooks and Monsters, and Azathoth himself!

This is like a big rock dropped into player strategies, significantly varying up the possible strategies. I thought I would like adding this faction with draftable monsters and the Sultan himself. As it turns out, I loved it. I will try to include this now with most game sessions. It really adds a very small amount of rules complexity (new players had no problem) and a whole lot of fun, theme, and strategy.
