Both/Either expansion might as well be required. Highly recommended if you enjoy the base game.

Adds great replay value to the base game, having one of the two expansions highly recommended as the new buildings rejuvenate the play experience.

Rating this one with the game it is expanding, as it is critical to include at least one of the two expansions to ensure long-term replayability of the game. Sadly, I came to this game too late to get the first expansion through normal channels (though I ended up securing a copy on the Geek Market later), but this second expansion has a lot of interesting new special buildings that provide lots of different ways to approach the game.

Increases replay value of the base game with the extra buildings.
