The mini-mats are a great-looking addition to the game; however, the added ability as an incentive to buy them is unnecessary.

Horrible implementation. Poor quality with bad aliasing on the type making it difficult to read.

Rant: A generic 6 mats would sell ad infinitum as long as the game was popular. Character specific mats (with an obvious and unnecessary game mechanic ploy strapped on) have to be printed for every new character Paizo adds to the game. Since this is a 1-6 player game, the extra mats equate to a shameless cash grab and one I am sorry to have fallen for. Traded the entire base game and will not recommend further based on this product alone. Absolutely terrible.
