The Valiant: Core Game

I played an advance copy of the PnP and had a really nice time. The game has high replay value not only due to the combinations of cards or character classes that you can play as but also through the varied styles of gameplay (1v1, 2v2, free for all). You can also play using two character classes each to turn a 1v1 game into basically 2v2 with only 2 players total. This allow for a large number of varied gameplay that I find truly appealing. On top of all that, the game was a ton of fun! You pick which abilities you want to use and you attack each repeatedly until someone is out! The rules are easy to read and I basically was up and running in under 5 minutes. I was even able to play a game over Skype (you cannot find too many games that this is doable with!). Great, fast, easy to learn game.
