One Deck Dungeon

Amazing.

One deck dungeon is a 1-2 player game. Is a game that embodies a deck crawler in a simple deck of cards. There is one drawback when you get to the final boss it is difficult. I love this game as a one player game. If I want a little bit more bite in a one player game I will grab this instead of Friday.

Nice quick fun game

One Deck Dungeon is frustration in a small box. No matter what choice you try to make, you will either run out of time, run out of options, or run out of dice to cover the impossibly difficult monsters you'll come across. It is extraordinarily unbalanced, with players winning quite infrequently. Look at the reviews, and you'll see a definite pattern, even among those who enjoy it: it is insanely, brutally difficult, with very little chance of success. For some that's a great time. I prefer something where the cards are not literally stacked against me.

Dice placement dungeon adventure for solo or co-op. I like how loot cards can be used for dice, abilities, potions or experience points. Bosses are used to scale difficulty and abilities can be used to mitigate bad dice rolls. However, no scale for monsters, which makes the game difficult in the first few rounds before abilities are looted.
