incredible game. This game is perfection by definition. Thematic and good depth ! A masterpiece !
I really wanted to like this game. For the first half of the game I did enjoy it, but by the end it had become unpleasant, more work than a game.
It was described to me as a gamer, worker placement version of Life. I would be more inclined to call it "action selection" paired with open card drafting. It would have been better had it not gone three hours, but we played with five and included an expansion, which was probably a bad idea for my first game. I would try it again.

I wanted a little more... substance. I enjoyed it but found myself going about it more mechanically despite wanting to get into the theme.
The gameplay is fun but even better is the life story you end up with at the end. Each card tells a story as well. Yes, you can have a more advanced job and make more money but you’ll have less time (fewer actions) to do other things.
Really like the art/big cards and the different theme. Actual gameplay mechanics are just so-so. Also perhaps slightly broken in that the game is pretty much entirely determined by who can complete one of the bonus health projects pretty early. After a few games I don't believe I have ever seen anyone who didn't complete one of these out score someone who did.
It's very important to have the winner narrate their life at the end of the game. A blast saying it, a blast listening to it. This game does a great job!
This game is great because of the theme. The mechanisms are also very well linked to the theme. I am not sure whether it will still be fun after getting used to the theme, since there are many other alternative deeper worker placement games.
