Great game, now to find people that want to play a Medium-Heavy Wargame...

Edit: played solo, great game, but my brain hurts after playing both sides.

Edit 2: played first time with 3, and still made my brain hurt, it's the perfect example of a game that should be played with people that play the game often, so that all can enjoy it equally, and grow with the game, however I'm not that kind of gamer. (because I can't keep the same group together)

One of my grail games. This has been in my radar since I started getting deeper into the hobby. I wanted it due to the assymetrical gameplay paired with the unique combat mechanics and easy-to-understand gameplay.

Come Christmas time and someone sold their copy for very cheap with the expansion included. I bought it without any second thoughts and when I opened the box I was surprised at how big the game is and yet staying clean and intuitive when played.

I really love the scoring mechanic where players will be the ones to decide when to score that it's a strategic decision. So far everything the game has to offer has been stellar for us, and we've only played the default version of the game. We can't wait to try the expansion, I'm sure I'll bump this up to 10 stars when we do :D

Broken game, battle system is broken by random OP cards, race balance is broken, i bet the first expansion will have even more broken cards and race added. In one word summary, broken.

A cool asymmetric wargame with a very unique and enjoyable card based combat system. The components are also of excellent quality, and the AI player runs well.
