Star Fleet Battles: Advanced Missions

An important addition to SFB for a variety of reasons.

Mid-Turn speed changes are incredibly useful, and are listed as one of the rules that would ensure victory if you're using it and your opponent isn't.

Maulers are fun weapons with serious damage potential.

Scatter-packs make drone races truly deadly, adding a lot of drones on the board in a very short time.

I mean, what's not to like? A ton of new (and fun) ships including a Battleship (the B10). Handy rules, rules to add some variety to a game (mines, tactical intelligence), even rules to cover docking.

Definitely a must for any SFB player.

Huge game. Lots, and lots, and lots of rules.

Ahh... I LOVE SFB, but there are either no one to play it with or it takes too long. I like the new, shorter game but have only played it a few times.

Although technically an "expansion" to SFB's "Basic Set", Advanced Missions adds a lot of factions, ships, scenarios and rules that you won't want to play without.
