Neuroshima Hex! 3.0: Carriers

One players have this tile always on the hand as an additional tile. It the players use the Carriers, the second player gets the tile. The player that starts with this tile, always can once use movement 2. It is interesting, but the players that starts with the Carriers have an advantage. Could be not so useful for armies that have high mobility.
