6/08 ebay 8 DTP .Interesting game, perhaps too many UK armoured units? Axis lost miserably the 1st play, but played with rules errors. . Never got off the beaches!

Played in July with my 14 yr old son and it was a terrific game. Despite the scripted feel of the Axis & Allies D-Day game upon which this game is heavily based, this game did not seem scripted at all and was a delight to play. The event cards added much uncertainty to the game, more so than the D=Day event cards have ever done and the game was not over until literally the very last roll, when my son threw an extraordinary die roll and he had selected the very event card he needed to even hope for a victory and he got the roll he needed!

Lots of great fun to "replay" the invasion of England in 1940.

Don't underestimate this game just becz it is a download game. Any Axis & Allies fan would enjoy it in my opinion.

Pure fantasy but so much fun! Uses Axis & Allies basics with some "historical" flare. Good replay value. Can you stop the German onslaught as Britain?
