Broken Peace (fan expansion for T.I.M.E Stories)

Excellent theme and starts out really enjoyable with a high but good amount of puzzle solving and fighting. We apparently had the wrong version, however. A newer version fixes the issue of cards referencing wrong item numbers. So make sure you have the right file. There are other flaws in the game that I think need to be fixed to vastly improve this scenario, making it a 7 or 8 rating.

There is at least one puzzle whose solution requires you to draw a particular card, but there is no indication that you should draw a card as the solution.

Better than the Tric Trac promo, far better than the Pariah: Missouri scenario...but still... not... that... good...

Yes, you have to appreciate that someone takes this effort to create a scenario on their own but I'd rather play something different.

A pretty good fan expansion overall. I enjoyed playing through. I thought making Pierre a mandatory character was odd, didn't seem to be necessary. At least in our play through. The bombs were kind of cool, though they hurt us a good amount (understandably lol) but the solution to disable them there seemed random, almost disconnected. I thought the story overall progressed nicely though and made sense. I will say I am not a fan of ending with a "to be continued'" which lowers the rating a notch for me. I just like feeling completed (though it did come from our curiosity of the vortex). It just felt silly and took me out at the end. Would recommend a play through of this one though. Not bad!
