Crisis Mitigator - A worse Generalist whose greatest use is being a worse Medic.

Relocation Specialist - A worse Medic combined with a worse Dispatcher/Field Operative to make a role that doesn't succeed at what either of them do. Regina Foederata from Fall of Rome has a similar concept, but feels way better.
