Not a bad fan expansion at all! I thought the theme was neat and the story fit together well. The art was a little simple/bland, but the story kept me invested so I was okay with it. I was also happy to see a fan expansion that didn't have a million typos! There seemed to be a lot of different paths and things to do which was pretty nice, especially since we thought we had messed everything up right off the bat! (We didn't, it was all part of the game! Which ended up being neat as well). We ended up flipping through a handful of cards we hadn't seen while playing once we finished, and noticed that we missed out on perhaps another puzzle of sorts, or two. It was weird that we somehow avoided that, but again, knowing there were a bunch of paths to the end point(s) made us okay with it. It was a nifty fan expansion and I would definitely recommend it to diehard TS fans!
My first venture into T.I.M.E Stories fan scenario design. Have had 4 offline test-groups play it and they all enjoyed it (and spared you from the early mistakes and most spelling errors). Hope you have fun :-)
A really nicely done scenario. It wasn't overly long (1.75 hours for us), so it was just right for a fun evening. I like the long, complex scenarios, but sometimes it's fun to be able to finish a story in one sitting. The variety in TS is one of the reasons I appreciate it so much.
This wasn't a very puzzly or overly challenging scenario, but you did have to remember, prepare, and optimize. It was a thoroughly enjoyable game session with a couple of really fun new mechanics.
Thanks for the scenario.
We had a lot of fun time playing this. Thank you for creating it!
We played it as a 2-player game and we enjoyed it a lot. Concept and storyline were thought through very well. Gameplay and story-specific rules were easy to follow. To us it felt like a worthy expansion for the main game.
