Cthulhu Wars: Glow in the Dark Independent Great Old Ones

Seriously? Add nothing to the game. They don't even really glow in the dark. Went on eBay.

Many are viable as cheap GOOs to earn elder signs. Some are actually interesting. All are nice callbacks to the full faction versions. None will blow your mind and make the game fundamentally different, but they do have some impact on the game. Put them all out, as many are situational.

Some actually glow well, while others barely do. No game effect.
