Zombicide: Invader

Zombies in outerspace! Okay, so I guess they're Xenos, but the game is just a sci-fi rehashing of the other Zombicide games. It's a fun game, but playing it six-handed solitaire is very cumbersome.

It's great, fun and I love it :)

Great for quick games and dungeon crawler enthusiasts. Very good artwork and dashboards. More than enough content for a diverse gameplay.

For me the best Zcide game so far, closely followed by Black Plague

Thematic game but took three hours for us to play our first game (instead of one)

Same game as the other Zombicide games, but space/Mars-themed. With no campaign or storyline, only 10 one-off scenarios in the box, and a very limited item/weapon spread, it feels like there's no variation to the game after the 2nd or 3rd map. The only variation and "oh this is cool" feeling comes from the different character abilities, to which there are dozens and dozens and dozens of characters (depending on if you bought the expansions) with a unique combination of 50 or so abilities. There's also no flavor text to having won a scenario. It's just an awkward "Okay, so we win." kind of thing.

Overall, very disappointed for having spent so much money on something with low replayability. Would recommend you play this with someone who already owns the game but wouldn't recommend buying it if you want more than ~20 hours of in-the-box gameplay for the price.
