相对于同一外交机制下的《纵横战国》，本作添加了一点卡牌构筑的要素，曹操灭张绣，吕布，袁术的过程更契合这个外交机制。但胜利条件仅仅是根据占领地区算总分，如果有一个听起来更具号召力的理由将更能动员我。
