Long ago, in a different life, I wondered who was really going to play with all these modules. There are just so many. Well, the answer is someone like me. I have gone through all thirteen expansions, trying them out one at a time. It was a lot of fun.

My favourites are Urban Design, and Underground Utility Work. They change the way in which you build your clinic. The first by giving you a design to strive for, while the second makes you work around certain unusable tiles. Janitors were my least favourite. Maybe they work better in multiplayer games? Maybe I just don't get how to make them useful in solitaire?

So happy there will be even more modules waiting for me in future expansions, but I also still really enjoy playing with just the base game.
