City of the Big Shoulders: Burden of Destiny

Many 18XX mechanics but no railways!

Having always played with the expansion, this rating is for both. I suppose at a minimum this improves the game by including better money and tokens than the base game.

First Play: Additional companies somehow made the experience less fraught. None of us were short of resources and scores were high. Not sure if this was a fluke or just a characteristic of this expansion.
