Completes starter set to bring owner up to Klingon Border game set.

A necessity if you want to play for real, but slightly annoying that it is.

We play hexless with the provided turn templates, along with a more streamlined move mechanic that simplifies the 8 impulses (each with 4 sub-impulses) into a system that keeps track of ship speed 0-8 and 4 impulses. Works great at speeding up the gameplay!
