I like these rules quite a bit. The command and control rules are pretty weak giving it a rather beer and pretzels feel but the pay off is a very easy game to teach and play. The simple but effective ship sheets and the critical hits give it a strong period flavour. Probably making magazine hits a 1 in 20 rather than 1 in 10 would yield more realistic results.
