Nemesis: Blood Tests Deck

This deck adds another small option to the game without unbalancing or breaking anything. It's cool, but not a necessity. I usually include it when I set up Nemesis, but I don't always end up using it during gameplay (similar to, say, the crafted items deck in the base game).
