Gloomhaven: Return of the Lost Cabal (Promo Scenario)

I thought this was a scenario that was exceedingly tough and poorly balanced for two players... then I realized I played it with monsters for three players. Whoops?

Still, the unique start is going to just totally blank some small parties which is a problem and the "One or the other" ending is a bit of an odd choice, but does give it replay value.

And at least one of the rewards is... a bit excessive.

Included in base game.

Continuation of the Lost Cabal line of bonus scenarios. Unique set up and fun reward. Follows thematically very well with the first scenario int he series
