I played Oort with my husband and son, and really enjoyed it! The game is easy to learn and turns are quick (overall play time is 10-15 min), which is great for playing with kids. The sci-fi design has a fun, retro feel without being cartoonish. I’m happy to have this game in my collection, I know it will be on the table often!
Quick, easy to learn game of resource gathering in space.
Fun, light game. 2 plays in at 2p. Definitely want to try it with more players. Components are nice, thick and heavy. Minor complaint is the resource tokens are a little too thin, very hard to pick up from the board.
Very quick and easy to learn game so it is perfect for introducing to friends when you have some time to kill. Not too complex of a game but has enough variety to it that playing it each time will be different and different strategies will arise.
In this space-themed abstract strategy game, players move rockets around the board attempting to gain as many resources as possible. This stands out for its high-quality acrylic pieces and high replay value due to a modular board.
