Dinosaur Island: Rawr 'n Write

First impressions. Solo game: enjoyable solo game that lets you build crazy combos and chain things off each other. Very fun, but was disappointed to get 2nd highest category in very first game, which makes me think the scoring chart is a little too easy. Granted, happy to play against my own high scores. Reminiscent of ganz schon clever with the chaining combos, although I'm also loving the geographic element of building the park and planning dino tours. Kind of if GSC met railroad ink, although much longer. I can tell that multi-player will be a very hostile game, which is kind of fun for a roll & write. Solid variability with different specialists and buildings. For solo, there's also objectives that add even more variety. Solid.

Solo mode is fairly easy without altering rules.

Hadrian's Wall lite. Solo plays last about 20 minutes, which is shorter than I'd prefer. I would like to see an expansion that adds weight / play time / a solo campaign.

Not a fan of the tetris aspect, otherwise it's solid as a roll and write with resource management.
