Much stuff to setup and it takes time, but it seems it's great deck-building game. I just have tried solo and bot's actions is easy to read.
Interesting deck-building with historical asymmetrical decks and nice art. Best thing is the variety, every deck is highly different and it's cool to explore different match-ups. Solitaire works OK if somewhat repetitive and grindy. Worst problem with the game is the fiddliness that makes everything slower than it should. Have yet to try this with others but i am already convinced that it will remain a solo-only game as there is no crazy interaction here and it would be a multi-player solitaire anyway.
This is everything I could have wanted in a card game: all the best parts of an LCG (different playstyles and endless replayability) and none of the bad parts (deck construction and cost).
Only explored solo. First impressions: It didnt grab me like I thought it would. I usually dont care too much for theme over mechanics. If the mechanics grab me, theme becomes less important. This game has a decent enough deck building mechanic. However, in this case I would've preferred more theme on the cards. They're just not that interesting, and most of them are very samey. Art is nice, so that helps a little.
Not what I expected. The game has definitely some good things going on for it, but it's not a title that I'd want to play a lot. It feels that there are too many things going on at the same time, but it's got a very weird pace - you're simply waiting for others to finish their turn, and that can go on for a while. But this might be because I prefer games in which a player turn is very fast, or in which players alternate much quicker taking actions. Horrible card stock, by the way, these are some of the worst cards I have ever seen.
