Mars: Code Aurora

The melee aspect of the game is vastly superior to shooting. With such a long charge distance it is unbalanced and game breaking. Turn 1-3 are fine, provided that one side doesn't get disproportionate number of activations. Turns 4-5 tend to be boring and inconsequential. All in all, the game looks good-ish on paper, but doesnt deliver in the experience. In this matter i feel that is closer to games like Stargrave (which tries to compensate mechanics with player narative) then quality and fun experience of Deadzone.
