Pipeline: Emerging Markets

I think this is an okay expansion for those that play the game a lot. It doesn't add any new rules but adds a lot of variety and new wrinkles to the map. So, veterans can't just assume everything is going to be in the same place as always. All of the markets and action tiles can be shifted around and may not even be balanced equally now. The new upgrades are interesting. The only thing that didn't work were the new evaluations. They really didn't make sense. Things like doing poorly in some areas awarded huge $. This isn't necessary except for those that play the game a lot.

More variety in a relatively standard 'more stuff is better' way. If you like the game and feel comfortable with the paths you can take, why not switch it up a bit?

Excellent expansion to Pipeline. Doesn't really extra rules (I think there is two) but the new ways the game is varied give so much more depth to potential strategies. I really like the new valuation tiles and specializations. They are probably my favourite modules.
