This module bring all other modules together. I make the game as a whole. Also it can be played with, or without module 3 which is the steepest learning curve in the game.

I have over a dozen plays of HF3, and several dozen plays of HF4 using all modules except Conflict. Module 4 has finally made High Frontier into an actual board game for me.
