DC Deck-Building Game: Black Racer and Reverse-Flash Promo Cards

Black Racer: I think I'd be more fine with this card if it didn't go with New Gods. Homeworld are such a bad value that usually just buying cards from the Line-Up is better, even when you have a bunch of Power, and this card only makes that more appealing.

Reverse-Flash: Way too many opportunities for excessive card draw in a Rogues game. I definitely prefer Max Mercury.

Black Racer is a promo for the New Gods, and Reverse Flash is a promo for Rogues.
