Murder of a Musician

A fun little murder mystery from this company, and the second or third we've played. This one's a contemporary story about a saxophonist who ends up getting killed in an unusual way; the list of suspects is made up of close family and friends. There's a wealth of documentary evidence to sift through, much of it seemingly irrelevant, but players will need to keep their eyes open for any tell-tale clues that emerge. Part one is fairly straightforward but we did think that part two hinges on a clue so subtle that it feels a bit unfair. The only thing I didn't like about this was the conclusion, which I think plumps for the wrong suspect, because the motive doesn't really pan out very well.
