Paragons: Age of Champions

Project ran into fulfillment issues with Bridge. Owner let me know that he is most likely unable to fulfill my pledge. Wave 2 unlikely to fulfill either. Loss of over 120 quid since I was an early enthusiastic supporter.

This was ok - to much overhead to enjoy the game as is, there is some design work that could be done here - keywords instead of wall of texts and so on.

More strategic and balanced than mtg and the art is AMAZING! There is no pay to win which is amazing and I think ultimately will allow it to grow in popularity higher than magic the gathering. If you like mtg draft, but don’t like all the variability and imbalance of mtg, then you’ll love this game. I really can’t recommend it enough. I will make a video review of this game when I get a camera to do it. This game is fantastic, but i dont have anyone to play it with in person.

Edit 03/27/25 I think the game is good and would love to delve into it more with someone, but honestly I think I want to play codex more. This game tries to offer the draft of mtg without the fun tax of mtg, but because all the spells are not drafted, it really only does that about halfway as much as I wanted. The gameplay is still solid and I do enjoy playing it, but I think at this point I would rather just play codex.
