Waterloo Solitaire Board Game

Too much luck for tactical and strategic content

This is a block based solitaire wargame from Worthington Publishing. As usual with a Worthington game, the production quality is very high; this game plays quickly (15 mins) and allows one to play either as the French or the British against a solitaire AI engine, at different difficulty levels. The game play is very comparable to the 414 siege of syracuse game from Worthington, as well as the Worthington games relating to siege of quebec and athens. I find this game to be a bit simple for my tastes, i.e., game play is varied and quick, which I like, but I tend to opt for a bit more depth provided by games that incorporate more historical detail (e.g., the FortCircle games/states of siege games, and so forth).
