I picked up this game at a convention near Seattle from the designer. I promised to give him an honest review and that's what I will do.

First the pros: The art is clean and cute The rules are easy to understand The gameplay loop worked without issue and the timing of the game felt right (not too long or short for the game it is).

The cons: I felt that the decision making was very light. Most turns there was only a few clear options to do. The game lacks deep mechanics that are fun to discover, exploit and customize.

My opinion on this game stems from my taste in games. I like games that have a lot of room for thinking, scheming and strategizing. This game reminds me of Talisman which is not a game I enjoyed for similar reasons. If you enjoy Talisman and want a shorter version of it that is easy to pick up and play with a fresh group, this could be a good choice for you.

I had the pleasure of playing the prototype. I can't wait until the game is available in retail. The game is engaging during everyone's turn. The only downside of the game is that it can take up to two hours to play, and I enjoy shorter games.

We enjoyed our plays of this game! It has a smooth flow and fast-paced turns with lots of possible actions to take. But actions cost energy, so you have to use it on your actions wisely.

We liked the unpredictability of the god cards you draw each turn, which have universal effects. Discovering relics was fun and strategic, because you have to decide which to give to the gods for favor and which to keep for their useful effects.

Fighting opponents was simple and fun, and it added anoher strategy layer to the game. You also had a hand of action cards that could help you or hinder opponents.

Overall, this is a great light family game!

Love the exploration and multiple paths to victory. The path-building reminds me of Betrayal at House on the Hill except I actually really like this game.

I played this game recently during a play test opportunity and absolutely adored it! Looking forward to buying it next year when it comes out.

Pretty fun with lots of depth. Has a few minor balance issues and lacks resources online such as guides, but the rules are clear enough that it's not a major issue!

Played a 6-player game and the last round almost all of us could have won with the right rolls. The player ahead has a target on their back like my least favorite part of Munchkin or similar games, but still the decisions you get to make are very fun and we were cheering a lot!
