It’s Great.

A very pretty push your luck game with a fun variety to how chips score and interact. There are unique strategic considerations, like whether or not to cause a cascade of wave flips in-hand. That said, it is still basically random, and perhaps overly complicated for how very random it is. I don't personally mind that - I think it's a good balance. I do understand it maybe not landing with newbies, though.

One of those great, easy to play, wonderful components, games. Pull tokens, decide what to do with it. Next turn. That's it! Winner is the most tokens. Lovely production. It's one of those games you could pull out with absolutely anyone. It's Captain Flip - without the game board. Nice.

SO good. So elegant.

Fantastic travel game. Was able to play it on an airplane and by the beach with no problem. Easy to teach and the game has a strong aesthetic.

Excellent et rapide

I played this at Gen Con 2024. I liked it, the components felt really nice, and it played well. But overall I didn't feel the need to buy it; there wasn't a strong enough hook for me to dedicate shelf space to it. I would be happy to play again though.
