Generic set collection game.

another tile placement game without anything new to propose.

Didn't love the restriction on tile selection. Tryjng to match tiles to your irrigation board was frustrating. Would try it again since I've tended to like a lot of Gigamic's non-abstracts and maybe there's something I'm missing.

I like the trickle down concept of tile selection. I think thematically I much prefer castle combo and that alone will keep this from getting to the table for future plays.

What makes people 'design' games without any new idea?

I suppose they enjoy the process and it pleases their vanity.

[b]Comments:[/b] [thing=437334][/thing] is a family game about tile placemente, open draft, pattern building and set collection. The ideia is that players will draft tiles and build their hanging gardens, trying to manage the position of the pieces, as many score better in groups, as well as the money to buy them. Game ends when everyone has finish their garden, and the person with the most points will be the winner!

[thing=437334][/thing] is fine. It doesn't thrill in the least, but will work alright in a family setting, as it lacks direct interaction, having only that of taking a tile someone could want, and the dispute of the open goals. Decisions tend to be easy and the pattern building is very light, but still matter in order to score more. Overall, [thing=437334][/thing] is quick, light, but isn't mindless or dumb - not a bad way to spend 30 minutes; with is brightest spot being that [thing=437334][/thing] actually works well for single play, with a proper automa and difficulty levels. Still, there are also plenty better options (Kingdomino, Azul, Patchwork, etc), which means [thing=437334][/thing] will likely be forgotten in little time.
