So hip. Sadly lost it.
I used to love this one as a kid. Playing games in the dark as a kid is something special, and so this game gets some props for being an "in the dark" game. The only thing better than this one was...pillow fights in the dark. Ouch.
Perfect game to play in a closet!
Green Ghost is another "Monster Kid" must have. The spooky Halloween details on the board (haunted house, shipwreck) add to its appeal. An odd aspect of my game - the spinner ghost sits on the spindle but the metal ratchet does not engage the tabs. So instead of making a sound as it ratchets down to the winning "Kelly" ghost, it spins freely.
Great memories
A game I had as a kid, but no longer. I wish I did - not because it was a very good game, but because the original version goes for quite a bit on Ebay. The game's big gimmick was that it glowed in the dark. Definitely a kid's game.
This game really sucks. We were wondering if that was really all there was to it. But there was no more. We sold it immediatly.
Ah a blast from the past! Really just a "spin & move" game, but for youngsters diving into the creepy boxes for ghosts is a great laugh. Especially when its dark, late at night, the board's glowing and you've just been telling ghost stories. The rating guidelines say I should give it a 3 ("I'll never play it again"), but it deserves more for the right age group.
