Acquire

I've been a fan of this game for decades.

I loved this game from the first play. Maybe it was the plastic building blocks on the grid - I certainly don't feel the same pull for the paper based game.

Played a lot when I was younger and there wasn't much of this style to choose from but now there are dozens of games that are better than this

A classic that is actually quite good.

2011-05-31: Rating reduced after having played Lords of Vegas as that scratches the same itch but is a better game.
