this one works. [5 for an expansion means to me the game is neither better or worse with it]

A convenient way of getting a ninth company into 1830 as no board changes are needed and it does liven up the north-west of the map somewhat, but it's still a long way from the main action and it doesn't make the CP more viable. I always think it would be better to start the ninth company in Hamilton/Toronto (hex D10). If you want an extra company for 1830, A Ride on the Reading is overall a much better option.
