Classic BattleTech: Technical Readout 3025

First and best Battletech TRO featuring exceptional artwork from Duane Loose. This is the book that defined the game for many years and provided the foundation for its great success over time. The artwork today may not be current, and not wholly appealing to newer audiences but it was great for the time.

The writing as well was exceptional and contributed heavily to the feel of the universe. It remained the gold standard, never met, and only more recently emulated with the upgraded TROs.

Unfortunately this is now out of date, replaced along with TRO 2750 with TRO 3039. But if you can get your hands on the original, don't hesitate to do so.

THE Battletech Tech readout ---- especially the original edition.

This was my favorite Technical Readout as it had all the classic Mechs in it. My copy is beat to shit but it was very loved and was used more than any other Battletech book I owned.

This collection of mechs is the set that I prefer to use when playing BattleTech. Great variety; Pretty good game balance (although heavier Mechs seem to dominate); Easily modified machines, when desired.
