does it change a lot? no. does it add some variety. i guess so.

Not an important expansion but I love adding variety to the game.

Some cards seem to be too strong.

As for a mini expansion this is great. These additional wonders and leaders are usually worth considering. Since acquiring all my plays was with this expansion.

Weaker and less interesting cards than in the Polish expansion #1. Other national expansions are better too...

Some very interesting new cards and love the idea of regionalizing the game.
