Two player abstract where the number of moves varies each turn based on luck of the draw. 12 yr old liked it. (Played a self-published version. Nice production would likely enhance game play -- like Onitama.)

A nice intro abstract for all ages. It expands beyond the simplicity of checkers by including a multi-faceted strategy system. Do you capture or plunder? Do I draw to move or use the special abilities I already drew? A good game to bring someone into abstract strategy without a too complicated or intimidating system.

Not sure how good this is. Simple to play but hard to master? Strange artwork.
