Great Western Trail: Promo Station Master Tiles

Rating with the base game. Some of the real value here is simply having additional station master tiles so that the same ones do not appear in every game (with these tiles, only 5 of the total 7 station master tiles make it into each game).

However, the tiles themselves are interesting--while not having a separate end-game bonus, they each provide a powerful in-game bonus (12 coins, which is particularly valuable if this station master pops up in one of the stations that can be reached early in the game, and 2 permanent certificates) that make them, on the whole, rather balanced.
