This is the most useful of the three expansion packs currently available for the Lautapelit edition of the game. All three cards are excellent.

Fine. Adding this and the other two promo packs at the same time might be to much. More AP, more reading, longer game, and this game does not need to be longer. Maybe remove a couple of the stacks from the Base game?
