Tech City: City of Cards

Almost surprisingly mediocre. A basic tile laying game that usually favors going last in the round meets a slightly modified poker deck. Each card has a basic hand manipulation power where

1)you/you+another player/all players 2)draw/exchange a card from your hand/the board from/with 3)the deck/the discard pile/the board/an opponent's hand

The cards are cleanly laid out and have a little bit of invention trivia, which is nice. Illustration is inconsistent royalty-free clip art, which is less nice. Card quality is pretty good, comes with a generic white deck box and instructions on letter paper, markers/poker chips must be provided by player.
